Worst company ever. They clam they want to help the people in the community but yet they always trying to under pay you for your item. And there employees are very lazy. Bad customer service even when you try to spend money with them
I have been going to the EZPawn located in Copperas Cove, TX for the last few months. Each time I go in, I look at the Blu-ray players and most of them don't come with a remote. However, when I go in with a Blu-ray or DVD player to pawn it without a remote I'm told they have implemented a new policy that states without a remote they won't even give a loan. I've seen military personnel go in to pawnitems but the are bad mouthed, belittled, or just degraded, all while they are in uniform. They try to rip them off by overchargi... read more
This location is the BEST !!!! Great merchandise and very fair pawn rates! Employees are awesome. Especially Brian. He's the G dog daddy up there! lol. Bingham.
I do not find the products to be the best I could not believe the shape the game boys were in and they wanted so much money for them. I did find them to be a little over priced. They had a game boy system so scratched up and they wanted as much here than in the stores. They are not organized.
