We’ve recently had these guys stained our cement floors in our new house and they did an absolutely fabulous job! They also polished the floors at our old house, back in 2019 or so. Both times they showed up when they said they would and left the floors looking amazing. Highly recommend!

We fell in love with Ezparza's flooring from 2 other locations we had been and knew we wanted these floors when we decided to build! Ezparza was excellent at communicating! We met numerous times before our shouse build which ended up being delayed a whole year from the start then had another delay right before they were to come. They were very flexible to make it work. The finished floor is absolutely stunning. We opted for a deep charcoal stain with a semi-gloss sealant, and the depth of color and natural variations are incredible. Unlike tile or wood, every square foot is unique and they are true artists. It elevates the space, giving it a modern, sophisticated, and polished feel that instantly becomes the focal point of the room.
