Gina was awesome!!!!! She went way beyond the "norm" to help me purchase this much needed bed for my mom, who is right now bedridden. She asked for my zip code to personally look up installers in my area. I was calling or texting her several times a day, and her patience with me was absolutely fantastic!!!
