Heather from EZ Lift went above and beyond to make sure the bed was delivered before my sister was admitted to assisted living. She communicated by text every step of the way to make sure I knew she was solving the problem. The bed works as advertised and sis says it is comfortable. Thank you, Heather!
Don’t buy this bed. 10 year warranty means nothing. Worst company to do business with!

Gina was awesome!!!!! She went way beyond the "norm" to help me purchase this much needed bed for my mom, who is right now bedridden. She asked for my zip code to personally look up installers in my area. I was calling or texting her several times a day, and her patience with me was absolutely fantastic!!! She even helped me fill out my order form online. I truly appreciated all her help. If I lived in Florida, I would personally go and give her a hug to thank her with a dozen roses.
