Like Bec, we live to remote outback Australia and first purchased a EZIJAK for our daughter as she was ready to hit the road exploring the country in her 1983 Ford F100 and van. The EZIJAK lifted these with know problem and would prove to be a needed tool for her on the highway when needed. However the jack failed before she left and I called the number on the website and Bec answered. Without question a replacement was sent the very next day. Hopefully I’ll never have to use it but after a recent puncture event I figure the Ezijak will provide a much easier solution.
