Ordered for my mum. Easy to use website and purchasing process. Speedy delivery. In the package there was a note to receive another set of straps so you’re able to turn the mattress which I requested via email a few months back now. Unfortunately I never received the additional straps or a reply. After sale customer service not so good. Not as easy to use as suggested but does make it somewhat easier.
