Nice place, smells good, friendly RMT, but they want every single morbid detail of your life on their intake form, including whether or not you have gynecological issues. Yes, you heard right. They asked if I had herpes on this form. I have never had to answer these kinds of questions for a massage in my life. Came here for a bachelorette party - the staff was so kind. The building is wonderful, much larger than we expected, and we had a great time in their sauna/steam room. And I must just emphasize how Cam went above and beyond. He was very kind, offered us tours of the establishment as it was our first time, and he made us feel very special and comfortable in the environment - he even went out in the pouring rain to get his umbrella from his car so that each of us could get to our cars dry for the rest of our day! Pure bliss at Ezentials Spa! I had the Hungarian facial and classic pedicure with Keanna, and I’m officially hooked. From start to finish, everything was calming, luxurious, and deeply relaxing. Keanna is not only incredibly knowledgeable, but also warm and attentive—she made me feel completely cared for throughout. My skin is glowing, my toes are pampered, and I left feeling like a new person. Huge thanks to Keanna for making this spa day unforgettable. Can’t wait to come back!
