I was in Sudbury over the holidays and looking for a spa/steam room. The "lounge" at Ezentials was really cool, there is a scented steam room and a dry sauna with a large area to relax and cool between sessions. It was great! My only feedback to the owners is that it felt a little small and it would be great if there were additional showers for guests. Thank you
Exceptional service
For the Male crowd! I booked the sauna in the steam room with the cold shower. Oh my God it was amazing and the staff is super friendly. Explain everything to me very easy I loved it, and will be returning for sure! Super quiet and relaxing
☆☆☆☆ I had an extremely upsetting experience at Ezential Spa with André As a first-time client, I expected a relaxing and welcoming visit instead, I was met with rudeness, judgment, and discrimination. During my manicure and pedicure, André made several inappropriate and hurtful comments about my body, calling my feet “fat” and suggesting I needed “mental help” for choosing a bright nail color for this time of year.
