I went for an organic facial yesterday. I had Jessica and she was fantastic! I would book with her again. My mom and my sister are booking the same facial specifically with Jessica. However, I while I would give the facial a 5/5, the experience in general was a 3/5. I was in a room near the zenith room, close to the second reception area. I can’t say enough good things about Danielle Mac Donald! I’ve been going to see her for years and followed her to Ezentials when she changed locations. She truly has healing hands. Every time I go for a massage, I leave feeling at least ten times better than when I walked in. She’s incredibly professional, knowledgeable, and you can tell she really knows her craft. My aunt told me about the products and it has really helped my skin and marks. Tried the Nordic spa during a promo with a girlfriend and we loved it. Very friendly and helpful staff especially when I was self conscious about my skin which has since improved. First, I need to apologize. I have been a client here for years and this is my first review for them. That being said, I absolutely love everything about this amazing business. I go there for massage regularly. As soon as I walk in, I’m greeted by the wonderful staff at the front. They check me in, make sure I know where I’m going, and ask if I need anything. I had the most fabulous 90 minute facial with Keanna this week. Absolutely the most zen and relaxing experience. She did an amazing job and I was very sad when it was over! Worth every penny! I loved every second!!! Thank you!
