The owner Tina definitely has a nasty attitude and smart mouth. Got a state inspection done. It was my first and last time going in there. She needs to be on lithium.
My car broke down near Springhill, Virginia, and I had it towed to Ezell. From start to finish, they were incredible! Even though it was the weekend, they worked us in on short notice and made sure we could get back on the road and home safely. The pricing was fair, the communication was great, and the service was fast and professional. I’m so grateful for their help and highly recommend Ezell to anyone in the area!
Very friendly atmosphere. The owner/manager is very knowledgeable, as is her staff. The business is family owned, been around for years, and is very reputable. Unlike most of the other conglomerate mechanics, this place is like taking your vehicle to a friend! Go once, and you'll never take your vehicle to another shop...I know I won't!
Whoever miss Tina is that said she owns Ezell Auto shop in south hill was VERY rude today 😕 I called & spoke w her on the phone Friday about getting an inspection to which she told me they start inspections at 1:00 PM , I came at 3:00 PM and a male worker there told me that they had stopped inspections for the day , but to come back Monday. Tina runs a great shop. Have had inspections done here and oil changes. Having my 47 Chevy AC fixed and power steering looked at.
