I brought my car in for repairs and picked it up in worse condition than I dropped it off. • The repair wasn’t even 70% complete • They did a poor paint job • My car was returned dirty with mechanical grease prints all over • They cleaned the floor mat but left it very slippery and unsafe • Personal belongings were moved around, and my cable box/center console was forced shut • There are now dents in the area they worked on that were not there before •. Went to fix my 2018 Audi Q5 for radiator leak. They offer repair and commit to deliver with couple days, however they took longer to fix it. The fix it with Original parts and provide me possible service with reasonable charges. Hard working Manager and owner. Very good customer service in office.Almost 2 weeks now and car runs good without any issue. Locally owned and family run repair shop. Give them chance and you won’t be disappointed. Highly recommend this place.
