Although my attendant eat nice, so many ppl had problems with their cars. They tried giving me a car with a huge dent in the side. I told them no but they said I had to keep it and just to record the damage. Thankfully, the car was making a loud noise when you sit in the driver seat so they "gave me someone else's reservation"... it had a dent in the front too but it was smaller. Scam alert I rented a car from these guys on September 4th I originally reserved a different car they didn't have it lady goes I'll give you a free upgrade which I did not want come outside she goes the car is dirty will give you free gas okay fine the the vehicle that smells like cigarettes it was also dirty and dusty anyways I was done with my rental brought her back gave it to the guy he gave me a receipt the return location in the pickup location is very very ghetto and unpleasant the waiting area to be taken to the airp... read more

Do not go here! Our plane was late and what they do not tell you is they have certain hours when you book.We sat outside where the busses pick you up to take you to car rental off of airport .Our bus from easirent did not come a driver from another company picked us up and Said the stop sending shuttle busses after a certain time .This man was sweet and drove us to easirent .We got in and it was still open The car we got was dirty we were told to do our own inspection and we needed to remember it was time stamped.Drop off da... read more

Horrible customer service!!! The lady In the front office was rude and didn't mention we needed a utility bill. We had our license and we had proof of residency with bank statements and she would not accept it even though we were not told anything. I'm glad we did not give this place business. Would highly recommend not renting here.
