Today was my first time at Ezee Clean as I live in Welland. I had a issue very early in the morning, called the number and within a few minutes I received a call from Sue. I explained the issue, and she came to the location in about 4 minutes. It's important to note that the owner (who I initially called) is out of the country and initiated this response from overseas. For $22, car was looking like it just got washed by rain. Not giving one star as it washed away the dead mosquitos/flies hanging on the car grill
The washbays are exceptionally well-maintained. If a function isn’t working, you can simply call the provided number, and Scott, the owner, will promptly resolve the issue. They truly exceed customer expectations. I will continue visiting this establishment for my weekly washing needs. Their exceptional service is truly recommended!
I didn't use this but my sister did. I was there when she used it. She liked using it. It is a little pricey.
