Great customer service and competitive pricing. I shopped around to get the best pricing and they said they would price match if I found a cheaper rate, but I didn’t find a better price anywhere. On top of all the Neil provided excellent customer service. On the day of pick up they were on time and offered quick assisted loading. I would use their services again and recommend to friends.
Great communication from start to finish. The guys who took the furniture arrived well within their promised time, and were great at updating their actual time of arrival. Friendly and efficient. Very pleased with the service from sales team to removalists.
Ordering was easy. Spoke with a person, (not a bot!), and booked 3 boxes for full loading. Truck arrived with good forward notice and 3 men to load. Loading was all done in about 2hrs. So all fairly fuss free and good. Professional, friendly and efficient.
Pre-booking customer service was great. On the day delivery of the pod and loading was smooth and fast.
Communication was excellent, real time arrival for the pick up, packed the box with ease the whole experience was great
