The three young men that showed up were extremely professional. Unbelievable at making the most out of the space. The man on the truck was a master of loading. I am in absolute awe. I would highly recommend Ezebox. Thank you for such great service.
Very pleased with my moving conducted by Ezebox recently. The two operators were very professional and nothing was too much trouble for them. The day turned out to be a very wet and cold day, but still managed to load in a very timely manner. I would highly recommend them to anyone considering moving, especially as per my case a widowed pensioner.
This is a good service if you need to store items in the short to medium term without needing to access them. The removal team who collected and returned my belongings were fantastic. However, the depot where boxes are stored isn't the easiest to access, there's no allocated customer parking (or if there is it's not clearly signed), and the unsealed road into the depot was strewn with industrial rubbish that left us with a punctured tyre. First time i used Ezebox i had a great experience. The second time though, they were careless when unloading and dropped a fragile box and my vases and plates broke, they did not seem sorry at all.
