I never realized how out of shape I was until I joined this gym, and I am in Ironman training mode right now. Every coach challenges you, knows your name , and treats you with total respect , all while getting the most out of you , without injuring you . If you want to get fit , get EZE FIT
I've been going to EZE Fitness for a few weeks and I've really enjoyed it. One of the things I like the most is that the trainers are always checking your form and making sure you're doing the exercises correctly. When I started, I had basically no conditioning and was completely new to this type of training. Great gym. Everyone is friendly, the instructors are there to make sure you are working out in good form. They want to see you do well. Seen some gains since going consistently after a month.
Everyone of the trainers is so welcoming! I love the diversity of the gym. Old, young, fit, the not so fit like me. I do not feel intimidated like I had at other gyms. So happy i am here.
