Great workouts that make it worth my time!
EZE Fitness is such a great gym. I can’t believe it haven’t joined sooner! I am just finishing a six week challenge… And I’m feeling the best I have in a very long time! I joined EZE exactly two years ago this month.... EZE changed my entire life! I know that sounds intense, but I lived an entire life of obesity, hating the person I saw in the mirror which impacted everything in my life. My heaviest weight was 249 pounds. I absolutely love EZE fit. I consider this another little family. Everyone is so welcoming, loving, and serious all in one. The trainers are amazing too. There is no slacking off and when you are they will catch you and stay on you. This is the type of person I need to keep me motivated. I use to just be the go for a run and call it a day type of person. However, now yes Instill do that but I am absolutely in love with. High intensity and lifting. This has been a game changer and l have gotten so much stronger.
Ezefit is the best decision I ever made. Needing a change from doing random workouts at my house or gym, this place has helped me, and everyone for that matter, create the best versions of ourselves, physically and mentally. I love the new format with longer strength rounds and awesome cardio given they are up to date with all the latest equipment and we box every other class.
