The best gym I’ve been to in a long time. Really positive community, fantastic music, such good energy. Really great workout. I’m so glad I found it.
My best friend has been a member for a while and she finally convinced me to join her. Everyone I met so far is so friendly, so encouraging and so motivational! I really appreciate how no one made me feel weak or not fit for not being able to lift a heavier weight or needing an extra breathing break before continuing. Everyone, including the members, are so nice and hyped me up and told me “you can do it!” Also big shoutout to the coaches for actually coaching and showing clear instructions about what to do and how to do it.... read more
The staff is friendly, welcomes you to every class, and makes sure you are using proper form. The exercises are fun, engaging, and are always changing so you don't do the same thing every time.
