Ezefit is the best decision I ever made. Needing a change from doing random workouts at my house or gym, this place has helped me, and everyone for that matter, create the best versions of ourselves, physically and mentally. I love the new format with longer strength rounds and awesome cardio given they are up to date with all the latest equipment and we box every other class. Errol is hands down the best of the best. He’s incredibly motivational, ensures you’re always pushing yourself to your limit and plays the best music. I love the structure of the classes EZE Fit offers. Everyday of the week you know exactly what body part is going to be the focus of your exercises yet somehow each class always feels different.
