I am so happy I joined EzeFit! I originally attended because I was interested in doing a 6 week challenge, but I loved it so much I ended up joining! Before my first class I was easily intimidated and unsure of my capabilities. That quickly faded away. All of the coaches are so motivating and they were more than welcoming! They are truly experts and are always making sure you have the proper form and are always checking on (and remembering!) my previous injuries. My first 3 days have been solid. All you have to do is show up.
I recently saw an ad on Instagram promoting a 6 week Transformation Challenge at Ezefit. I’ve driven past the location hundreds of times and never thought twice about it. Man, I wish I thought about it sooner. Being a busy guy in my late 40s, my health had taken a back seat to my job and other commitments.
