Where do I begin? From the moment I was contacted by Beverly to joining my first class, I have felt nothing but support and have been so welcomed into the EZE family. Before beginning my journey with EZE fit, I was in a dark place, physically and mentally. I had lost myself. These past few weeks, have shown me what I am capable of and how strong I actually am. I first came to Eze with my friend to help her earn points to win a challenge. I was offered a trial to experience the gym. After my trial was over they were running a march madness special so I decided to sign up. Since then, I have noticed significant changes in my body. Coming back to the gym after having a baby felt a little intimidating, but this gym has made the transition amazing! I love the variety of workouts —every class is different, challenging, and keeps me motivated. The atmosphere truly feels like a family, and everyone is so welcoming and supportive. The coaches are incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, and always willing to offer guidance or modifications when needed. I highly recommend this gym to anyone looking for a supportive community and effective workouts!
