If you’re looking for a place that will fire up your consistency, Eze fitness is the place. Their program offers a different workout everyday . This gives you the opportunity to not only get your cardio in but weight training everyday . Everyday is targeted to different muscle groups and the workouts change to keep your mind interested . Tyron’s the for real. I’m pretty small and usually intimidated by gym stuff, but he makes everything feel doable and actually kind of fun. Super encouraging without being intense, and he somehow knows exactly when to push you and when to chill. I’ve gotten way stronger and more confident thanks to him. Highly recommend!
I love this this gym! It has helped me build confidence and help me with my weight struggle! This gym is like family! The members are great and the trainers are awesome!!!!!
