Seems like everyone is having the same issue, no delivery of services or communication of any kind. They don’t even have the decency of giving you a refund. The website states they have a team of about 5 people and Mark is the only one who responds via email at the beginning with what I assume is an automated email script. Mark seems to be the only one that works here and truthfully he doesn't work much of at all. He never answer your calls, forget getting him to reply to an email. If you are a new client be wary, he will make you feel like he can help and will make it super easy, once he has your money, he will disappear. DO NOT WORK WITH THIS COMPANY!! SCAM!!!!
Any idea how to get a refund? I’ve been trying to get my divorce finished for over a year! I’ve called and emailed Mark K over a dozen times, left messages and no response! Now I have to spend MORE money to get this finished. I would suggest NEVER doing work with this company.
NOT LEGIT! You get communication up to the point of payment a d then they disappear and never answer emails or phone calls. SCAM!!
