I cannot say enough positive things about EZbike and Caelan, the general manager. Our bikes arrived after the initial pickup date, much to our disappointment. Caelan went above and beyond, he personally drove the bikes to our house (45 mins each way) and set the two bikes up. This was his solution to the later arrival date! Excellent customer service! Good mid to high end e-bike, scooter store in Richmondhill. Good place to go for quality bikes and repairs. Helpful & friendly staff. Definitely would recommend to check it out!
I am in BC and the bike that I was looking for wasn't available here. I was online and found EZbike and read all of the reviews. My husband and I were very impressed with all of the customer service reviews for Caelan (great name by the way), so we called. The process was so easy. Caelan was very helpful with suggestions and information, as this is our first E-bike purchase. I can't wait to receive my bike--they even had the colour I wanted! Thanks a bunch Caelan! Keep up the great service; you are an anomaly these days!
