Customer service during the purchase process is very good. After sales support has been non-existent. I tried contacting them four time and they have not responded. The only reason to buy a product from them is the price but you are on your own after that. I purchased a Jasion folding bike. It works well but the pedal reflectors popped off on the first ride. I am going to try the manufacturer as this reseller offers no support. Good luck.
