I bought my EUC Lynx from EZbike a year and a half ago and they are amazing to deal with and no one in Canada can beat their prices. I would buy a 2nd wheel but my wife will kill me. Thanks EZbike I will definitely buy again soon.

I’ve purchased an e-bike from EZbike along with several accessories over the past year, and my experience has been consistently positive. Their team has always been VERY responsive and helpful, whether through the website or via email. The Aventon bike itself has been a real life-changer—we constantly get positive comments from people when we’re out riding. Overall, great service and a great product. I’ll definitely be returning when we start looking for a second bike.
Caelan was amazing throughout the whole process, answered emails promptly, answered all my questions within a couple hours. Can't recommend to buy through EZ Bike enough. Veloctric Nomad 2x exceeded my expectations, packaging was simply amazing. Caelan gave me a further discount off the sale price because all the youtube discounts didn't apply because I wasn't buying directly from Veloctric, he honored those discounts. Very happy with my purchase of a Velotric Fold 1 Plus! Calen was super helpful and took the time to explain everything and show me the different models and colours of the bike that I wanted. Even though I was set on the Velotric, they had many different brands of e-bikes and scooters available. Prices were great and I also received a complimentary gift bundle full of useful accessories that I would have otherwise paid for after buying the bike.
