We recently brought in our 2010 Mazda for repair. Upon pickup I was shown a quote for about double what I was originally quoted. To start I had a box of parts that that I provided for the work that was being done. It also had in it some air filters, wipers and a dash cam. The shop went ahead and installed the air filters and wipers without asking me and tried to charge me $65 for it.
