Whilst the product quality, price and service are good, be very cautious if replacing existing windows. We upgraded to double glazed, inline windows, for what was supposed to be an easy straight swap over. The windows came with DOUBLE reveals - something none of our builders had seen before. It wasnt advertised anywhere. As a result - all our privacy blinds had to be replaced or cut down to size. And the architraves had to be upgraded to larger size architraves (mismatching remaining house), to allow blockout blinds to fit, ... read more
