Got some windows manufactured for a client in Oakleigh, Michael and his team were incredibly helpful and were very patient when it came to choosing the size and colour of the windows. Highly recommended the service and we will continue use them for other jobs.
Do NOT use this company. It took FOREVER to get an installation date and then they didn’t finish installation on the day AND they installed them incorrectly - opening outward instead of inward. They refused to own that mistake and never apologised. That was in April. It is now mid Sept and after soooo many phone calls and emails - they finally put the trims in (their second go at this after having the wrong material the first time a month or so ago) and even there there was a hold up with the wrong colour of the filler that ... read more

I had my windows installed when house was built 20 years ago, included where large sliding doors and panel of six concertina doors, floor to ceiling. The windows have been the aesthetic feature of my home. I have required very little maintenance, but when required it has been prompt and efficient, which is surely a most valued part of high-quality goods.
I recently bought 3 aluminium windows through EZ Aluminium Windows Melbourne, they had great customer service and it wasn't a hassle to them to have them shipped to my 3rd party freight company to be delivered to me as I live remote. I received them in the specified time given. The quality was great workmanship with high quality. I will recommend them to anyone that needs aluminium windows as the quality was high and the price was great. Thank you very much
