After a second opinion, I learned that regular maintenance was sufficient this time and did not require the extensive parts replacement the first technician suggested. The job was completed in under an hour, with a thorough inspection revealing only minor adjustments were necessary to ensure efficient operation.
Completed our HVAC maintenance efficiently.
When my old thermostat was malfunctioning, this time the technician was able to install a new one in just under an hour and took the time to walk me through setting up a weekly schedule. This experience was smoother compared to last year when a different company took over two hours and didn't clearly explain how to use the new system.
After experiencing inconsistent heating last winter, I decided to share my experience with the technician who came out for maintenance and cleaned the burners thoroughly, which had accumulated quite a bit of dust over the years. He also took an hour to explain potential issues and left me with a clear next-steps plan in case similar problems occur.
Compared to another quote I received, these technicians were more thorough in explaining the process and completed the AC installation in just under two hours. They also ensured all connections were secure and tested before leaving, which was reassuring.
