They are clueless! Brought in documents from Texas. That were notarized, and they said they couldn’t take it. They have no clue what they’re doing. I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone.
Super rude and super over priced and customer service is worthless! They tell me to get a copy of my lost AzID card I have to get an original copy of my birth certificate and 2 forms of mail from my bank and or Credit Union and a utility bill... So I come back after standing in line and have the poor luck of being helped by Ms. Andrade M. Andrade was her name I believe... She tells me the word (No) and (Nope) about 12 time and then argues with me when I ask her about using the existing pic for my DL because it is less than 2... read more
Had a terrible experience here and went 4mi down the street and had a great one for the same request. Wish I would’ve known better and saved myself the trouble.
I was helped by a girl name Marina and she was very friendly and very knowledgeable about her job. I am never going to the DMV ever again. I will only use easy title.
