Horrible service, been trying to contact the location but keep getting very rude CSR, she won’t provide her name nor communicated that she placing me on hold, after 20 min she hang up. Called again got her again, she just hang up on me again.
I can’t say enough good things about my experience here. Annette was amazing — friendly, knowledgeable, and made the whole process completely stress-free. I didn’t catch the name of the other lady who helped me, but she was incredible too — both of them went above and beyond to make sure everything was handled quickly and correctly. It’s so rare to find a team that’s not only efficient but genuinely kind and personable.

Customer service and experience is great, however they do not hold their word when it comes to providing the Permit even after paying the fee and verifying all information. Was never informed of the 15 day call period if the permit never was received, are attempting to recharge me for said permit. Don’t use them, scam.
