Love the staff, they are helpful and patient. Jordyn helped me when I discovered my driver's license was expired. Everyone better check their expiration date. I had no idea until I was using my DL for id. She took a much better picture then the MVD! It's worth the extra money not to stress and I was in and out in less than 15 minutes! The only negative is the parking lot is small.
Fast and easy service
Jordyn was amazing. Friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. The process was speedy and efficient. I've been to this office a few times and have always been treated with respect. Great staff. Not a long wait to be seen.
I visited the Tempe Office on Priest to register my vehicle. We are Snowbirds from Michigan. Maria took care of everything and made the process quick and easy for me. She was friendly, helpful and knowledgeable…thank you so much, EZ Title and Maria!!
The staff were very kind, and tried to be helpful - and have been helpful on most of the generic, standard issue that we've taken to this location (i.e., first driver learners permit, and renewals, etc.). However, on slightly more complex issues they seem to struggle a bit. For example, as Canadians who initially moved to Arizona, we had called and asked what we needed to do and they gave us a list of things we needed to get in order to have our car registered in Arizona.
