I came in a few weeks ago after buying a car off someone and the seller forgot to write their middle name on the back of the title. The young lady working the counter told me that they couldn't do anything because the names didn't 100% match, and told me that the actual MVD office wouldn't do anything either unless the seller signed a paper stating that the 2 names were the same person, but I couldn't get the seller to come sign it because she moved out of state (which was why she was selling the vehicle).
