I had a mixed experience with this EZ Tile. For basic services like renewing a driver’s license or getting a state ID, they seem to be fine. My wife and I both got these services there without any issues. However, when it comes to more complicated services, my experience was extremely frustrating. I had awful experience at EZ title, i had to wait 20 minutes just to hear that they do not accept a certain type of document, but when i went to another place, i was able to do it without any issue.
I called the Tempe location just now because I just paid off my loan for car through the bank, and now AZ has an electronic title system. I have a buyer lined up and flying in from New England in a few days and the AZ MVD told me that they cannot print the title but "maybe a 3rd party co. can help, but [I] would need to call around to find out". My 3rd time going back here and today was an absolute gem, The homegirl Lily epitomizes the essence of class, respect and professionalism. I wish my registration expired again next month so I can have this experience again. She should teach a course on how to show people how and what it takes to keep customers locked in to a business.
