My deaf uncle brought his prized truck, one that hes kept in excellent condition, checks fluids weekly, in to these guys for an oil change. He brought his truck home and parked it for a day, left for work and had his engine completely seize up due to the "mechanics" not securing in the oil filter/ didn't add any oil.
