Man was on the phone cussing & arguing w his wife about not bringing him whataburger, left us outside waiting for hours while he left to get a tire & the lady also sent him to do other errands at the same time. Unprofessional
Everything is fine until the lady owner get involved!! She likes to rip people 😔
Called them for an emergency tire replacement came out in literally minutes.
The guy doing the work was fantastic. He deserves nothing but good praise, he was very straightforward with me. His boss was a different story. I had a blowout on my trailer right before I got to Sinton, and I called and asked if they had the size tire I needed. I was told they had a couple, used and new. When I arrived, I told them i wanted 1 used tire. The lady tried to sell me 2 new tires, but I just wanted the used one. They ended up only having 1 used one.
