It's great when your tax preparer is actually interested in what you do and who you are. My session with Carlos was more like a relaxed conversation and I never felt just like a '"number." The staff are friendly and efficient, and my taxes were done in a breeze. I was even invited to partake of some empañadas that were being brought in by one of Carlos' clients. This is definitely not just an office, it is part of a community.

Aside from the fact that things get handled professionally .. Carlos is a decent human being with a good heart. That's really hard to find when dealing with businesses.
