Very difficult to get a hold of customer service. Unable to pay invoice with a list invoice and can't pay online without invoice number. I don't even know why I even got a fine since I have an EZ tag!
I really hate ez tag. There is nothing easy about it. Their customer service sucks and they made a mistake and tried to charge me $200 for it. I had to spend 1 hour yesterday and 2-1/2 hours on the phone today to fix it. Does anyone use TX-tag? I think it can be used everywhere just like ez. If so, how is your experience with them?
