If I could do a minus 1000 I would. My daughter and I came in to buy her first Car, with money she saved by herself. Instead of it being the most happy experience for her, it hasn't been! The car is still in someone else's name. It cannot be registered,we haven't received a title, no paperwork whatsoever has been filed with the dmv.
