Veronica was so nice on the phone and very helpful in person very beautiful energy she had.
Annie was wonderful. Both ladies in the office that day were so professional and Annie walked me through every step of the process like a champ. I know I came to the right place.
They suck ass! They don’t open till 10 so for the ppl that actually WORK! Early and need to get stuff out CANT! Ad for the ppl that actually work there ass off ad get off around 7pm the gates are not even open to go in to get stuff from ur storage and I don’t get why it’s not open early when the lady LITERALLY LIVES THERE!! On the side like come on! Not everyone wakes up at their time there’s actually HARD WORKING ppl that get up early !! Ad need stuff from there storage
Today is 11/13/24 5:07pm.. a woman by the name Maria is currently in the office… I referred a friend of mine to this place a little while ago. This friend is now a transgender. Because of a disagreement about balance owed to EZ storage, Maria decided disrespect and call my friend nasty names over the phone this evening. Horrible customer service.. I will not be referring anyone else to this establishment. I will be encouraging my friend to take legal matter for the disrespect $ defamation of character.
