My mechanic recommended EZ STAR Smog for my 2007 Boxster Porsche smog test and it was a great experience. EZ Star is clean and reliable. Easy to get to from Oakland or Emeryville. I would recommend.
Bravo!! This shop owner cares about every last detail. The shop is sparse and clean with plenty of seating in case they are busy. Rick went the extra mile with both of my older high mileage vehicles. He is knowledgeable, friendly, and exactly who you want to meet when you have to get an older vehicle smogged. Thank you, Rick.
My car didn't pass the first time but Richard took the time to explain to me what was the issue and I really appreciated that. He gave me some knowledge about what needed to be fixed and I ended up saving a lot of money to fix the issue. Came back the next morning for a re-test and all was good! Richard was super efficient and I only waited for about 30-40 minutes even though there was like 3 cars ahead of me. Will be recommending this place to my friends and will be coming back whenever I need another smog check!
