Lost my last pair of aligners, didn't let me know my new pair came in months later, screwed me on the payment charging me more than quote or agreed upon. Don't go there or your family same company in San Rafael. Not recommended.
Yes, these place is full of lies and cheats, the people are just there to pretend they care. I was over charge and when talking to them about then they just kept making things up never honored the dental plan agreement. Overall just don’t go there if you do you’ll end up having bad dental jobs and bad customer experience. The supervisor from this office is a lier.

I have never seen a more unprofessional office. It was chaotic. I waited almost an hour. My X-ray technician didn’t speak English. I came in for a cleaning and they never did one. They saw that’s what I was listed for and told me to sit down but there were so many people waiting I told them I was leaving. I never met a dentist. I’m appalled.
