Disappointed with my teeth, having to pay extra money to get more scans, to then still not have my teeth move. Getting asked to pay for them again.
No good for crowded mouth. Told them that I wasn't happy with the result and they refused to acknowledge anything. 3 people I know that have had this particular brand have said the exact same thing. CONTD AFTER REPLY FROM EASY SMILE... Easy smiles response below isn't entirely true but you will all see here that they think it's professional to release private patient conversations and argue a case in a google review. Very bad experience. They made me pay extra on top of the original price to fix the mistake they made. On top if that my teeth still has a huge gap right in the middle which they won't fix
They don't even deserve 1 star. This is the worst company I have ever dealt with. The owner Ed is disrespectful and rude! They don't supply enough aligners to get the promised results. The process is slow and does not work, when you need more aligners you will have to wait at least a month for new ones! Now again I have ran out of aligners, and they are trying to get me to pay another $500, as well as the new moulds I just had to pay for. Do not go with this company! You are wasting your money and time!
I was thrilled with my results with EZSmile and found them easy and helpful to deal with. Very grateful for my new smile!
