Mi experiencia es la peor, nunca llego mi mercancía, además maltratan a sus trabajadores quedan mal con todo el mundo no les pagan a los chóferes los tiene votado por donde quiera y les viven metiendo mentiras, no sirven para q le trabajen, ni para mandar mercancía no les doy ni media estrella la compañía más mala q e visto en los Estados Unidos, tuve q ponerle 1 estrella para poder publicar mi opinión q es la pero q e vistos

DO NOT use this company. They will lose your packages even thought they promote that they guarantee your package delivery. They lost my package 3 months ago and I had to call every time to get an update. They always said they will look for it and call me but never did. You would think a good business would check on it and update the customer for something the lost. Or stole because anything could've happened with it. They LOST one of our boxes and never did any effort to look for it or even acted like they cared for the mistake they made of loosing the box. They claimed they were looking for it but we would be the ones having to call them to follow up they never once gave us a call to at least let us know the process on looking for the box. We paid more than $150 for the merchandise on the box and they did not pay us the money for the merchandise that THEY lost.
