These guys have saved my butt multiple times. They gave me a last minute spot for my trailer, helped me when my door was falling off dyring a wind storm and completely came to my rescue They're 24/7 and are extremely helpful with any issues you have. Amazing guys and I appreciate them so much !
The person running this place is very unprofessional. He charged us $315 just to access our trailer, claiming he had sent an email saying the facility was closed. He then withdrew the money from our credit card simply because we trusted him with our payment information. We had the trailer stored there for only one week, yet we ended up paying over $$392 in total. I would not recommend this business at all. it feels dishonest and poorly managed.
Great experience with Kirill at EZ Storage. My RV deal fell through due to the seller’s sudden cancellation, forcing me to cancel my stall rental. Kirill handled it with amazing grace, providing a fair refund and a credit option for the future. His integrity and helpfulness made a stressful situation much easier. This is definitely the best place for storage in the area. I’ll be back soon!
