Some shingles are already coming loose, and parts of the roof look uneven. I feel like the crew rushed the installation without ensuring everything was properly aligned and secured.
The crew didn’t show up on the day they promised, and no one called to explain why. The delay pushed the project back by several days, which caused a lot of inconvenience. Extremely poor scheduling and communication.
The estimate seemed fair at first, but hidden costs kept appearing during the project. I ended up paying much more than expected, and the quality of work didn’t justify the extra charges.
I noticed gaps in the flashing and sealant the day after the roof was finished. When I called to get it corrected, they said they were “too busy” and would get to it later. I shouldn’t have to chase a contractor after paying in full.
Sokol and his crew have solved a longtime water penetration problem on our roof. The installed roll-up membrane, new waterproofing, new channels, new shingles, and even added a heat trace line to deal with an ice dam issue. They explained to me and showed me their work progress each step of the way. Sokol is professional, polite and generally a delight to deal with.
