Excellent service from start to finish. They came out on short notice when I needed help, were professional, knowledgeable, and completed the work to a high standard. What really stood out was their customer service—Sokol always picked up the phone and was incredibly responsive and helpful throughout the process. It's refreshing to work with a company that genuinely cares about its customers. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to friends and family.
At our home in Bearspaw we had very serious winds that blew off 3 heavy duty shingles and loosened others. Sokul went to 3 stores to find the exact shingle with arrows that matched ours in colours and style. He completed the job in under an hour and was on his way to another job. Some shingles are already coming loose, and parts of the roof look uneven. I feel like the crew rushed the installation without ensuring everything was properly aligned and secured.
The crew didn’t show up on the day they promised, and no one called to explain why. The delay pushed the project back by several days, which caused a lot of inconvenience. Extremely poor scheduling and communication.
