Farhan was horrible he yelled and got very angry and rude when I call him a liar for telling me that a bike goes 120km and the max is 97 then he told me the battery goes 120 km + and my friend has the same bike and he said the most he’s got it to stock is 96 with limiter cut and the battery only goes 100kms then dies and when I called him that he got in my face a threatened to call security if I called him that one more time

I suggest you run as far away from this terrible company. I have had many bad interactions ( or should I say they would have to answer their Phones to even qualify as terrible). They take your money and then put you on the don’t talk to you list. Unless you like dealing with terrible people and you enjoy being frustrated then these guys are for you. Buyer Beware . When I bought my Mobility Scooter it came with a gouge on the body . Sales rep gave me 50 dollars back to compensate for the damage . I was reluctant to take the scooter but caved to the pressure from the sales rep . On the way home the front left wheel fell off and I was fortunate to be injured as I was on the sidewalk . If I had been on the rood I would have likely been drawn out into the traffic and would have sustained serious injuries . Doesn’t deserve the 4.1 rating! Buyer beware had a terrible experience with the Oshawa store. Staff will say anything to sell a bike and not deliver on promises. I talked a friend into buying a bike along with a bike for my wife and I. His bike was delivered to home poorly put together and missing the stock comfort seat from Taubik! There was issues with all three bikes,  - Staff sold the bike we put a deposit on instead of holding it. BUYERS BEWARE OF OSHAWA CENTRE EZ RIDES: SALES STAFF TAKE ADVANTAGE OF THE ELDERLY FOR A QUICK SALE.  At the time of ordering a mobility scooter, the sales staff stated to my elderly father that he can cancel the order at any time before delivery for a full refund.
