Very disappointed with my experience at EZ Rev Auto. I went in to have over-tightened wheel bolts removed on my BMW, and the process turned into a complete mess. Alton struggled for nearly 2 hours trying to remove the bolts. During the process, they broke two extractor adapter sockets and had to weld a bar onto the tool just to remove their broken adapters from my wheel bolts. Very disappointing experience. This place is only focused on making money and has zero respect for customers. Initially, they quoted a lower amount, but in the end, they charged almost 50% more without proper explanation. On top of that, at the time of vehicle delivery, the owner wasn’t even present and had instructed his staff not to release the car until full payment was made.
