Mordechai and his partner, owners of EZ Restoration, refused to follow the mold removal protocol after repeated attempts to get them to do so. They failed the mold clearance test and contaminated the areas (with my belongings) outside of containment zone with mold. That test also found the toxic black Stachy mold was present when it wasn't present on the initial test. EZ Restoration made the initial damage worse.
