I have been treated with Respect and all my needs met when I needed anything from a appliance replacement to a air conditioner. I just finished paying off a gas stove and was presented with a brand new replacement ! Ez rent is all it name applys. I prefer to rent to own vs apply for loans.. This is the only rent to own business that at the end of the fulfillment of your contract. Your rental is wheeled out and a brand new replacement is wheeled in. I've never had anyone speak to me the way Frank did. I stayed in contact with them in regards to my late payments and when I had to change my number and move I called after hours and left a voicemail stating my information. I never heard from anyone at the store. I called during business hours and the phone just rang and rang and it went to vm again. I left another vm asking someone to please call me to let me know they had got my messages. I once again never heard anything. I tried calling 4 more times within 5 days. I was ... read more

I entered a three month minimum contract with EZ Rent to Own, but shortly afterwards my household income was reduced due to an accident. I contacted EZ Rent to Own hoping to make payment arrangements. Initially, they said I could return the product early if I made a $50 dollar payment. However, in the end they made me pay over $100 to return it. Moreover they attempted to charge my card after I had returned the product.

This company is a joke they only care about money not caring about what you have to say I've explained myself so many times and they still call to threaten me that they're going to sue me and for an associate that's not even a manager to say that he is a manager that's not right either I hope this place gets shut down
