I had an excellent experience with EZ Rent A Van! The service was top-notch, and the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. The van was clean and comfortable, price was good , making our trip EZ. Highly recommend them for anyone in need of a rental van.
Reserved a minivan weeks in advance. Went to pick it up and after waiting 45 minutes, no vehicle. They wanted to take me to Payless to see if I could rent one there. Do NOT use them!
Rented a van for our sports team and could not reach anyone the day of pick up. We arrived at the location and the owner never showed up and could not be reached by phone. We had to find a last minute rental to accommodate our team from another company.
Rented a van months ahead. Our plane was delayed about 30 minutes. Landed and had a call from the company telling me to call when I land so they can tell me where to go. I call and they gave away the van! 2 hour window they said (which I never saw) and it was 2 hours and 9 minutes. My husband got on the phone to talk to them and they hung up on him! Tried calling back numerous times and they didn’t pick up. Cowardly.
