I got a very good rate and the van was nice but I was told the Day of there would be $600 extra charge For commercial insurance on a sprinter van. Which is Bs I wish I would’ve known this up front.

Booked a 15-passenger van on 8/1 to rent for 8/21. They sent immediate confirmation and then again in the morning on 8/19. 5 hours later, they emailed a cancellation saying, "Sorry, due to a service recall the vehicle requested is no longer available." No call. No offer of another vehicle. When I called, I keep getting a voicemail. Would not recommend.
