Extremely frustrating experience. Made my reservation months in advance, I showed up in San Diego and they have not answered their phone for 2 hours while my very large group of people is sitting waiting for a van. Went to the location listed by Uber and it is not Ez Rent A Van. I've left messages, I've called multiple times. Extremely disappointing and rather expensive for us to make a last minute change. Not a great way to start a trip. I would definitely not trust this company.

I got a very good rate and the van was nice but I was told the Day of there would be $600 extra charge For commercial insurance on a sprinter van. Which is Bs I wish I would’ve known this up front.
Great place to rent from and great price, friendly stuff. Easy transaction also
