I don’t even want to give this place one star! I bought my husband a 120 minute massage at the countryside location. This was his “big” Xmas gift. My husband went there today and was told they would not honor the gift certificate. We were told we had to go to the “Brandon” location, which is too far for us. We asked for a refund and were flatly refused one. Next step, we will report this as fraud and will report to the BBB. Please keep your money and don’t fall for this SCAM
Asked if he can focus on my right shoulder area. I did 30 min. He did everything but my right shoulder up until 2 min before my time was up then said "10 more minutes" I agreed obviously because I needed work done on it bad. He didn't even hit every part of my shoulder. Yes I asked for deep tissue and was expecting discomfort mixed with relief... but this was just a straight painful experience with 0 relief. I tipped them 10$ just cause I'm a nice guy but kinda messed up how he finessed me.
Best massage in the the mall have been coming with my husband for 4 years every Friday!! Love Leo ,Chris & Bill !! Very good 👍
