They offer table and chairs. I got 30 minutes on the table with a 10 minute foot massage. Added an extra ten minutes for my lower back. I feel great. Definitely loosened me up. I do prefer deep tissue and the last ten I requested they applied a little more pressure than the first 30. I would recommend and would go back.
very good place to go to work out pinched nerves. got in there for 30 minutes and request another 10 minutes after. they know which areas to focus on when you're in there. will be going back more often even for the 10 minute chair sessions.
l go here about every 2 weeks an they do a good job l usually prefer the man as he can push harder on my back, but the one lady NaNa does a wonderful job an massages hard on my back an that is what l want them to do so l am glad they are in the mall it is easy to get too,,,,,,,,,

I just started a new workout regimen and was very sore the next day so I went here for a massage. I got the foot and body combo. These men are truly masters of their craft. The difference was night and day. My wife said I looked like I just came down from heaven afterwards. Worth every penny, especially if you're sore from a new exercise routine.
