Do not! Go here. We took all our paperwork and paid for an extension due to the “busy business they had going on” after we turned in our paperwork about 1-2 weeks later of chatting through text messages. The rep went ghost and never replied. No one was at the location. It showed they were still open for business. We thought we had gotten scammed. I don’t know what happened but frankly I don’t care! I chose EZ Rapid Tax because of the positive reviews. I arrived on time for my appointment and the door was locked. I called Rosa and left a VM. After a few minutes she called back and said she would be a few minutes late. I asked how many minutes and she said about 15. While I was waiting, some other people arrived as well. After Rosa arrives she deposits me in another room and says she will be back in a minute. After another 15 minutes (30 minutes after my appointment) I decide it is time to go.
