I have paid Rosa to file taxes for multiple years. I have been unable to get ahold of Rosa in several months. She was paid to E-file my taxes yet the IRS has no record for two years of taxes, they have no record of them ever being filed. The one call I was able to get several months ago she said everything was on the portal, and I should login and see it. Do not recommend!! I should have went with my gut when she wasn’t being very communicative with us to file our 2024 taxes. I was referred to her by a friend that had used her for several years. I thought everything was fine after she filed our 2024 taxes until I got a notice from the IRS that we did not file our taxes for 2024. I called the IRS and they said neither my husband or myself filed our 2024 taxes. I have a copy of them with signatures and the e-file signature authorization form that Rosa was supposed to e-File. Rosa used to be great. She used to be extremely responsive and attentive. In the last 2 years it has gone downhill fast. She doesn’t respond to texts or phone calls. I have since gone elsewhere for my taxes. Hopefully something changes as taxes are not something to be messed around with. A simple call or text back doesn’t take much effort.
