Horrible customer service with the women in the office. These women should NOT be working anywhere in the automotive industry as they have ZERO knowledge of these types of parts and products. When they are unable to look up a product they simply base the price off EBAY. Furthermore, their manager (name? tall, bald, black gentleman with dentures) was very dismissive and unprofessional on how he handled the price check.
