I had a great experience with Combat Pest Control. Their service was professional, reliable, and efficient from start to finish. The team was knowledgeable, took the time to explain the process, and addressed my concerns clearly and respectfully. They arrived as scheduled and provided thorough service with excellent attention to detail. Horrendous customer service. I called about their free consultations, and when she, Rosemary, very impatiently explained to me how the free consultation was technically $95 and I asked about this further, she hung up on me. Not even interested in our business at all. Insisted I was arguing when I simply was looking for an explanation, when asked if there was anyone else I could talk to she refused to help. Truly baffling interaction.
Choosing EZ Pest Control was a wise decision. The technicians were punctual, respectful, and well-prepared. They explained the entire process to me and answered all my questions patiently. The treatment they applied was highly effective, and they followed up to ensure the pests were completely eradicated. I am delighted with their service.
EZ Pest Control exceeded my expectations. From the moment I contacted them, their staff was friendly and accommodating. The technicians arrived on time, assessed the situation, and implemented an effective pest control plan. They were meticulous in their work and made sure to address all areas of concern. I am grateful for their excellent service.
I can't say enough good things about EZ Pest Control. Their team was prompt, courteous, and thorough. They were able to eliminate the pests in my home and provided me with valuable tips to prevent future infestations. Their prices were also very reasonable. I am extremely satisfied with their service and would definitely use them again.
