Horrendous customer service. I called about their free consultations, and when she, Rosemary, very impatiently explained to me how the free consultation was technically $95 and I asked about this further, she hung up on me. Not even interested in our business at all. Insisted I was arguing when I simply was looking for an explanation, when asked if there was anyone else I could talk to she refused to help. Truly baffling interaction.
