Excellent sales experience when shopping for new BadBoy zero-turn mower. Very knowledgeable staff, took time to answer every question without pressure to close the sale. Shout out to Zack.
We've had a Bad Boy for 15 years cutting 6 1/2 acres and were thrilled with that. When we decided to replace it we looked at several competing models by other companies but, in the end, I couldn't bring myself to even go look at them. The reason for that is that, one, we love the Bad Boy mowers but even more important than that is that we love dealing with EZ Performance. My experience with them was great. When my mower broke, they picked it up, took it to the shop. Call me to let me know everything that was going on with it to make sure I knew what I was in for. When they brought my mower home, it purred like a kitten.It hadn't sounded that good since I bought it. My grass is cut now and I am very thankful.
