I had a fantastic experience at the NJ E-ZPass Customer Service Center near the Delaware Memorial Bridge while setting up a new Business E-ZPass NJ account. The staff here were incredibly kind, polite, charismatic, and efficient—truly a team of bright personalities who made the whole process smooth and pleasant. I don't stop receiving violations tolls from the ez pass, even if I have money on my account... The worst thing is that I received the violations without a reason why I received them... I try to call but always take so long, they already gave me 3 violations and now they gave me another 3... this is terrible I almost paid $100 and now again $100 this is horrible...
Not even worthy of comment-unsatisfactory customer service; too long of a wait to speak with an agent, and there were often website issues.
