took forever even though they werent busy. I had to ask them to fix the cuticles twice and they still didnt get it right. not coming back here again.
I've been coming here for about a year and have recommended this salon to friends and family, which is why this experience was so disappointing. I came in for a birthday pedicure and left feeling frustrated. The polish color wasn't what I expected, and when I asked if it could be changed, I was told it would be an additional $10. The utensils they used to clean my foot was full of other skin from previous customers. It was not clean and when I asked to please bring a clean set of utensils, one of the employees acted like she didn’t understand me, so I asked an other employee to translate. When she brought the utensil to bring another set of clean ones she was drying them with a paper towel. She washed them not even bringing a new set. That is disgusting because I never know if she washed it well or not.
Bibi is the best!!!!!!!!! Super recommend, she amazing and patient, she understands exactly what I want!!!!!!
I came here for the first time today. I've been trying to find a new salon. Emma and Steve are great. Very kind and patient with clients. Place was clean and organized. I'll definitely be back.
