We had a hospital bed delivered to Arlington, VA and the entire experience was excellent. The delivery was right on time, and the team handled the setup quickly and professionally. They made sure everything was adjusted properly and showed us how to use all the features before leaving. The bed was clean, comfortable, and made caring for our loved one at home much easier. Highly recommend their service for anyone needing reliable medical equipment.

Service was great from start to finish. It was such an easy process to rent the electric scooter. The staff was friendly, patient, and answered all of our questions without rushing us. The equipment was clean, high quality, and worked perfectly. So far it has made a great difference in our day to day lives.

We had some family come visit during the holidays, and my aunt needed a scooter to get around DC to see the sights. We called a few places, but EZ had the best rates and best customer service. They delivered same day for a small fee, and made sure we knew how to use it before they left! 10/10 I highly recommend
