I have been a customer of this local pipe creek business since they opened several years ago. I have bought and picked up many tons of materials from them, perhaps a dozen interactions. Recently, their service has declined significantly. Summary of current operational conditions: Price is average. Customer service is average. Communication regarding delivery specifics…when to arrive, where to stage the vehicle prior to dumping and where to drop the load of material…. Was very poor. I ordered 10 yards of washed limestone for our driveway. Alicia was kind and knowledgeable while setting up the appointment. Joel delivered and he was right on time. We realized we would probably need more and he said he could come back before 2pm with another load for us. Again, right on time, friendly and helpful! We will be ordering more. Thanks guys!
