Edit 1: 2 stars > 3 stars, 4/28/26: Did have to go to the car wash and ask about it, we were told to get an estimate and bring it to them. A step in the right direction, and much appreciated. WAY overpriced. Only reason I go is because of government contact. Used to be $7, jumped to $13, no thanks!

This car wash is in a convenient local for me but I will from here on out avoid this one. I dislike how the employees are required to come out to your car while you are purchasing the wash. It is uncomfortable and then when you ask them to leave they said they can’t. They are required to beat the machine. It’s uncomfortable as a consumer. If I needed help I would hit the button for help. But when you require an employee to stand at the kiosk to once a car pulls up it puts pressure on the consumer. Paid $20 to get the truck washed to include the undercarriage. Car is still dirty, they left residue all over the hood, vaccums barely worked and while I don't expect the undercarriage to be spotless, it definitely didn't looked like it was even sprayed.
