I was curious about the name and I couldn’t find out what it means, but according to ChatGPT Ez-Kim-In-Zin is from the language of the Tohono O’odham Nation and means “Place of the Saguaro.” It was a nice spot for lunch. A volunteer at the visitor center told us that the biggest saguaro on this side of the park was by this picnic area.
