I had a pleasant experience with ez pawn
There's an older lady there that wears glasses and salt and pepper hair that smiled and greeted this young lady that came in. I was already at the front counter. I witnessed her humiliate this lady, telling her she could not accept her item and can't help her. She denied her so loudly, I even got uncomfortable. And she didn't even look at the item, inspect it, made sure it worked. Nothing. SHE WANTED THAT GIRL TO BE EMBARRASSED. I won't ever go back there if that's how customers are treated IN FRONT OF OTHER CUSTOMERS!!!
Great customer service! Friendly environment, Bryan took care of everything efficiently and smoothly. Would definitely recommend coming here to buy/pawn/sell! Great prices, and great atmosphere!
