worse customer service i ever experienced, Jessica is a poor excuse for being a receptionist, how she still have a job amazing me, get rid of her before she get rid of your business.
Rude workers. No since of urgency. Condescending on the phone. They can't seem to give me any answers about my insurance. They do not care about you or your car. It's appalling. I have had zero good experiences with them. When I told them in going to look for a new insurance they were even more condescending, didn't even try to keep my business. Just awful.
